Stylekorean limits an order amount less than USD 200 except shipping cost.
Customers who may want to order more than USD 200, we recommand to make two orders and checkout separately
If parcel doesn't reach customer within 45 Days, we regard it as missing case.
We re-send the parcel or refund money
2. Unclaimed Return
If parcel returns to Stylekorean because of unclaimed issue, customer need to pay shipping cost again
Stylekorean is not responsible for any of unclaimed issues
Customers are fully responsible for any of customs related issues, such as Customs Taxes, Import Taxes, Value added Taxes, Hazardous goods and so on.
Customers are required to pay charges such as customs fee, service fee, administration fee, warehousing fee whatsoever related with customs
Customs issues vary by countries, so customers need to contact local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problem
We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues
When refused package returns to Stylekorean, we can ship it out if customer pay shipping cost again.
No refund, no replacement will be incurred by Stylekorean with any of customs related issues.
- Unwanted items
If customers don’t want the items any more, customers may ask return within 15 Days after receiving package.
If customers open the product, we don't accept customer's return request. Product must be original packed and unused
Customers are requied to pay shipping cost for return.
After we receive and check the returned product, we refund amount by Stylekorean point.

Upon customers request, Stylekorean investigate the cases and make replacement or refund
